As we go into a second nationwide lockdown, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our patients for their patience and diligence in following the new procedures for accessing the surgery. For those of you who may be newly registered with us, please be aware of the following:
– If you or any of your household members have any COVID-19 symptoms, including a high temperature, a change in or loss of your sense of smell or taste, or a new continuous cough, you must not attend the surgery
– If you or any of your household members are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, you must not attend the surgery until the results are known. If you test positive, you and your household members must self-isolate
– If you have been asked to attend the surgery by one of our clinicians, please arrive at precisely your appointment time. We will not be able to allow you entry beforehand
– You must wear a face covering when attending the surgery unless medically exempt
