Dr Mohamed Abu-Seido (m)Dr Mohamed Abu-Seido (m)

MBChB DRCOG DCH MRCGP MRCPCH Qualified Aberdeen 1999 (Senior Partner )

Having trained as a GP in Scotland, Dr Abu-Seido originally pursued a career in paediatrics, gaining membership to the Royal College of Paediatricians. He joined the Mayflower Medical Centre in 2005 and shortly settled down in the area with his family.

MBBS MRCG P DFSRH Qualified 2003 St. Bartholomews and the Royal London Medical School (Partner)

Trained and qualified in London, moving to Essex and working in Internal Medicine shortly after. Qualifying as a GP in 2008, Dr Burn continues to enjoy the variety of work and people that she meets at the practice.

MBBS MRCGP BSC Qualified 2003 St. Bartholomew's and the Royal London Medical School (Partner )

With previous experience in General Surgery, Dr Catmull joined the Mayflower Medical Centre in 2009. He retains a keen interest in art, music and cooking.

Dr Roz Ghosh (f)


MBchB, DFFP, DRCOG, MRCGP. Qualified Manchester 2001. (Partner)

Dr Roz Ghosh finished her GP training at Mayflower Medical Centre in 2008 and after spending time working in Australia with her husband, returned to the Medical Centre to become a GP Partner. Dr Ghosh lives in London where she also works in A&E one day a week. When not at work, Dr Ghosh enjoys keeping fit and travelling.

BM BCh MA, MRCP (2006), MRCGP (2011). Qualified 2001 Oxford (Partner)


With previous experience in General and Acute Medicine, Dr Kalynuk joined the practice in 2014. He enjoys cycling and swimming with his family.

Dr A Roberts

MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG, DFSRH. Qualified 2007 St. Bartholomews and the Royal London Medical School. (Salaried GP)


Recently moved from Chelmsford, Dr Roberts is familiar with the local area having previously worked in Colchester and Essex County Hospitals.

Dr Roberts enjoys the variety of General Practice with a particular interest in palliative care and family planning.


Dr Allan Smith (m)

Joined the practice in 2010 and currently lives with his family in Colchester. Dr Smith has a special interest in ophthalmology (diseases and conditions of the eyes) and diabetes. He is a keen table tennis player in the Colchester leagues.

Dr Susa has a keen interest in women's health and diabetes. She is involved in the training of junior doctors and enjoys jogging and swimming.

Qualified as a Doctor in 1992 in Ghana, originally in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Moved to England in 1994 and retrained as a GP, joining the Mayflower Medical Centre in 2004. In his spare time likes to relax listening to Jazz.

Dr Sabeeka Qasim (f)


Dr Qasim joined the practice in June 2017. She has recently finished her training in Colchester and the Tendring area and is passionate about general practice and patient care.

Dr Rizvi QR started at Mayflower Medical Centre in August 2017 having worked at a large Practice in Colchester

Dr Mohamed Muneer (m)



Dr Muneer joined Mayflower Medical Centre in August 2017 having worked at Sheffield Children's Hospital, Lewisham Paediatrics department and at a Surgery in Colchester.

Dr Muneer moved to the UK in 2012 having worked in Sri Lanka in Paediatrics and in public health. He likes adventure, travel and watching movies.
